About Me
MY NAME IS BRYAN
I am an artisan with 20 years experience in home improvement and construction related industries. For the last six years, I have been working as a full time professional home inspector and I am passionate about what I do.
Prior to becoming a professional home inspector, I pursued an education in Fire Protection Engineering Technology and was a long term employee and manager at one of Canada’s largest home improvement retailers. I have an extensive knowledge of home improvements, building materials, building systems and construction methods. My attention to detail and customer care are appreciated by all those that I serve.
I am a certified home inspector, a level one Infrared Thermographer for building investigation, a WETT certified fireplace and wood stove inspector and a graduate of Sheridan College’s Home and Property Inspection program. I am a member and on the board of directors of PHPIC, the Professional Home and Property Inspectors of Canada and continues to improve my abilities by pursuing extra courses and attending seminars related to the home inspection industry. With over twenty five hundred completed home inspections, I bring forth knowledge, integrity and commitment to quality to every home inspection.
